What Were the Key Vacuum Technology Research Trends Highlighted?
The conference provided an overview of the latest trends in vacuum technology through various papers and presentations. It was an opportunity to see the current research and development in fields such as surface and interface science, semiconductors, thin films, and plasma.

How Did SCINCO and Hiden Support Vacuum Research at the Event?
As an official sponsor of the Korean Vacuum Society, SCINCO collaborated with Hiden Analytical to provide information on vacuum research equipment, including plasma analysis systems, to researchers from universities and institutes.
